Die Alpenerdbeere „Baron von Solemacher“ ist eine alte deutsche Sorte, die zierliche Trauben mit tiefroten, süßen und saftigen Beeren hervorbringt, die einen Durchmesser von bis zu 25 mm erreichen können. Alpen-Erdbeeren sind winterharte Stauden, die vom späten Frühjahr bis zum ersten Frost blühen und Früchte tragen. Es handelt sich zudem um eine früh reifende Sorte – die ersten Erdbeeren können bereits 3 Monate nach der Aussaat wachsen.

Expert tip Tiny strawberry seeds require a bit of patience, but don’t give up on them. Sow them on the surface and don’t cover them. Be sure not to let the soil dry out – not even for a few hours. For best results, keep the soil temperature at around 20°.
